I would like to say, Kristen has inspired me to change my life…, I would like to say “Thank you” !!! The words you have said time and time again “OWN WHAT YOU WANT TO OWN AND KEEP IT TO YOURSELF” those words I have held on as a secret from my sisters and even my very best friend. Till recently when I revealed my secert, and that but before I get a head of my self, I need to explain in a short story or life story of mine.. I have had the battle of losing weight and finally was so sick of myself this year, that I litarlly took your words, and held on to them till I felt it was time , and just a few weeks ago I revealed to one of my best friends what I had done, that was keeping the secert from her and now I feel great. I have lost a good amount of pounds that I am happy with, but still struggling to reach my goal, but in time will be there hopefully before the New Year 2010. I hope to someday to meet you and share more of my story and to show how your words have helped me change.. :) Wishing someday to meet you…
