‘I’m really lucky. Everyone reads the book and thinks that they’re Bella. I talk to Rob about what he thinks Bella’s going through, and talk to Taylor about what he thinks Bella’s going through, and I’m always like: “What? Trust me. She’s not thinking that.” The books are actually better because they’re longer. They’re a more visceral, sensory experience, and [the film is] always going to lose something because it’s not yours any more.’
